一、前言由于航空发动机涡轮进口温度的不断提高以及燃气轮机用于海上舰船和陆上发电,常规的渗铝层已不能满足涡轮叶片抗高温氧化和抗热腐蚀的要求。采用镀铂渗铝层和MCrAly四元系涂层是目前解决这个问题的两种可能途径。镀铂渗铝虽然要消耗一些铂,但它工艺较简单、不需昂贵的物理气相沉积(PVD)设备,又具有良好的抗热腐蚀和抗氧化能力,所以得到一定的应用。
I. INTRODUCTION Due to the increasing temperature of turbine inlet of aeroengine and the use of gas turbines for offshore ships and onshore power generation, the conventional aluminizing layer can not meet the requirements of high temperature oxidation and thermal corrosion resistance of turbine blades. The use of platinized aluminized layer and MCrAly quaternary coating is the current two ways to solve this problem. Platinum-plated aluminized although the consumption of some platinum, but its process is relatively simple, without expensive physical vapor deposition (PVD) equipment, but also has good resistance to hot corrosion and oxidation resistance, it has been a certain application.
