The incidence of lung cancer among mine workers in Yunnan Tin Company (Yunnan Tin Corporation, YTC) is the highest in China, and the death rate of lung cancer among male miners is 10 times that of other parts of China [1]. The death rate of lung cancer among men in Gejiu City, Yunnan Province where the company is located is also the highest in the country, which is the average national water quality.
