电力企业作为国民经济的重要力量,对于国民经济的发展有着一定的决定性作用。企业培训管理作为企业的重要组成部分,对于企业的长久发展有着重要作用。本文从电力企业人力资源培训管理的意义谈起,接着针对当前阶段电力企业人力资源培训管理存在的问题进行了分析,最后基于电力企业自身需求提出了相应的解决培训管理问题的具体措施。
As an important force of the national economy, power enterprises play a decisive role in the development of the national economy. Enterprise training and management as an important part of the enterprise, for the long-term development of enterprises has an important role. This article starts with the meaning of human resources training and management in electric power enterprises, and then analyzes the existing problems of human resources training and management in electric power enterprises at current stage. Finally, it puts forward some concrete measures to solve the training management problems based on their own needs.
