According to G. Gamoto, US Department of Defense, at the 1980 US Conference on Applied Superconductivity, the Department of Defense’s naval laboratory has successfully produced very small-scale, very small, superconducting antenna systems for submarine waterborne communications. It is well known that electromagnetic waves lower than 30 Hz can not only circumnavigate the Earth but also spread along the ocean surface waters. As the frequency decreases, the skin depth of electromagnetic waves in the water increases. Thus, submarines and submarines, submarines and coastal command organs can make use of very low frequency (30 ~ 300 Hz)
