一、合理组建学习小组1.合理分组是合作学习取得成功的前提。小组成员的分配一般遵循“组内异质,组间同质”的原则,这样,既可以增加小组成员的多样性,又可以增加小组成员间的竞争性。2.小组内学生的能力有高低之分,讨论才更有效。故分组时必须综合考虑小组成员的构成,弄清学生的学习功底、学习品质和学习态度。每小组应有不同层次的学生,一般四人为宜,按座位就近组
