为更好地履行“主动承担社会责任,全力做好电力供应”的中央企业使命,积极配合做好国家电力体制改革尤其是售电侧改革,南方电网公司全面推进客户全方位服务,不断加强管理,提高投资效益,提升供电质量,积极开展终端用户的供电服务和可靠性管理。2015年,中央提出加强供给侧改革,就是要调整经济结构,使要素实现最优配置,提升经济增长的质量和数量。为此,南方电网公司努力提高供电质量,全力减少停电时间和停电次数,提升客户体验。
