我院自1983年至1996年共收治胃平滑肌肿瘤并发上消化道出血12例，其中平滑肌瘤9例（以下简称肌瘤），平滑肌肉瘤3例（下称肉瘤），术前均未确诊，现报告如下。1资料男7例，女5例;年龄49岁～67岁，60岁以上3例。肌瘤9例，肉瘤3例。病史最长2年，最短4天。9例肌瘤中4例表现为上腹
In our hospital from 1983 to 1996 a total of 12 cases of gastric smooth muscle tumors complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were treated. Among them, 9 cases of leiomyomas (hereinafter referred to as fibroids) and 3 cases of leiomyosarcoma (hereinafter referred to as sarcomas) were not diagnosed before surgery.
