盘形闸间隙监测报警系统在矿用设备的安全中起着重要地作用,近年来,大家针对盘形闸工作间隙的检测系统做过大量改进和创造。LABVIEW由美国国家仪器(NI)公司研制开发,在开发测量和控制系统的搭建上效果显著。世界各地用其进行开发测量的人越来越多,它的作用也日渐被各方学者认可。该文主要介绍使用Lab VIEW软件设计盘形闸间隙报警系统上位机界面,由其向单片机发送信号,单片机收到后将数据反馈,并在显示界面进行实时显示,当超过预期报警值时进行报警,同时对采集到的数据进行处理和后期加工,此次设计对盘形闸的工作间隙检测在合理范围内起到重要作用。
Disc brake gate alarm monitoring system plays an important role in the safety of mining equipment, in recent years, we have done a lot of improvement and creation for the detection system of disc brake gap.
