制动系统是装载机的重要组成部分之一,制动系统的性能直接关系到装载机施工作业时的安全性和稳定性。影响装载机制动性能的因素很多,因此有关装载机制动系统和提高制动系统性能的研究,受到工程机械设计人员的高度重视。对目前国内具有代表性的ZL50型装载机的制动过程进行全面的试验,并对所得试验曲线进行分析,总结出影响装载机制动性能的关键因素,为装载机制动系统的设计、改进提供依据。
Braking system is one of the important components of the loader. The performance of the braking system is directly related to the safety and stability of the loader during the construction operation. There are many factors that affect the braking performance of the loader. Therefore, the research on the braking system of the loader and the improvement of the performance of the braking system is highly valued by the designers of construction machinery. A comprehensive test on the braking process of the typical domestic ZL50 loader is made and the test curves obtained are analyzed to summarize the key factors that affect the performance of the loader’s brake and provide the basis for the design and improvement of the loader’s braking system .
