目的对南宁市某制药厂300 t/a氨基酸衍生物项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法按《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》要求,通过收集资料、现场职业卫生调查、检查表法及职业卫生检测等方法进行综合评价。结果该项目职业病危害防护措施、个体防护装备、应急救援设施、职业卫生管理基本符合有关标准要求。职业病危害因素检测:粉尘时间加权平均浓度C TWA为0.1~0.2 mg/m3,噪声LEX,8 h为59.1~77.1 dB(A),甲醇短时间接触浓度C STEL为<1.37~<1.45mg/m3,丙酮C STEL为<30.8~<32.5 mg/m3,氨C STEL为0.011~1.6 mg/m3,氢氧化钠MC为0~0.090 mg/m3,硫酸C STEL为<0.066~0.15 mg/m3,盐酸MC为<0.66~4.6 mg/m3,均符合职业接触限值。结论该项目职业病危害较重,采取的职业病危害防护控制措施有效,达到控制职业病危害的效果。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational disease on 300 t / a amino acid derivatives in a pharmaceutical factory in Nanning. Methods According to the requirements of “Code for Occupational Disease Hazard Assessment of Construction Projects”, comprehensive evaluation was conducted by means of collecting data, on-site occupational health surveys, checklist methods and occupational health tests. Results The project occupational hazards prevention measures, personal protective equipment, emergency rescue facilities, occupational health management basically meet the relevant standards. The detection of occupational hazards: the time-weighted average concentration of dust C TWA was 0.1-0.2 mg / m3, the noise LEX was 59.1-77.1 dB (A) for 8 h, and the concentration of methanol for short-term exposure C STEL was <1.37-1.45 mg / m3 , C STEL of acetone <30.8 ~ <32.5 mg / m3, ammonia C STEL of 0.011-1.6 mg / m3, sodium hydroxide MC of 0-0.090 mg / m3 and sulfuric acid C STEL of <0.066-0.15 mg / MC <0.66 ~ 4.6 mg / m3, are in line with occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The occupational diseases of the project are more harmful and the occupational hazards prevention and control measures taken are effective, so as to control the occupational hazards.
