作者研究创伤(牙合)时牙周血液动力学和咀嚼肌的生物电活动,检查有明显牙周炎的深复(牙合)创伤骀病人20例;对照组28名健康人,正常(牙合);年龄18~44岁。用光体积描记法研究牙周血液动力学。在进行咀嚼功能试验时(随意咀嚼榛子仁800mg)检查双侧嚼肌和颞肌的肌电图。研究结果:对照组牙周光体积描记指数0.77±0.06相对单位,血管紧张度指数15.98±1.27%,外周阻力指数72.07±2.41%。病例组血管紧张度指数增高到24.99±1.48%,外周阻力指数增到113.27±4.7%,表明牙周组织血管外周阻力失常。病例组咀嚼运动时间增加,嚼肌和颞肌生物电活动一时间多于正常,生物电静息时间也稍增多,导致兴奋和抑制过程的相互关系紊乱,咀嚼肌处于活动状态的时间延长,在咀嚼过程中肌肉活动周期紊乱,咀嚼持续时间
