近十几年来,由于停滞的运价、汽油与天然气价格的频繁波动、驾驶员微弱的工资涨幅、人员严重流失等一系列因素,导致目前出租车行业形势严峻。与此同时,在激烈的行业竞争中,中小型民营企业更是生存艰难。企业为了达到预计的经济效益,需要合理的控制成本,减少不必要的管理浪费,而其中企业成本管理是降低、优化成本必不可少的环节。本文从中小型企业财务管理现状以及成本管理中存在的问题出发,分析如何才能优化企业成本管理从而实现企业经济效益最大化。
In the past decade or so, a series of factors such as stagnant tariffs, frequent fluctuation of gasoline and natural gas prices, weak wage increases of drivers and serious staff turnover have led to the current harsh conditions in the taxi industry. At the same time, in the fierce competition in the industry, small and medium-sized private enterprises are more difficult to survive. Enterprises in order to achieve the expected economic benefits, the need for reasonable cost control and reduce unnecessary waste of management, and which cost management is to reduce, optimize costs an essential part. Based on the current situation of financial management in small and medium-sized enterprises and the problems in cost management, this paper analyzes how to optimize the cost management in order to maximize the economic benefits of enterprises.
