以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷作为改性剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,合成了一种非聚醚型破乳剂(S-B-A)。最佳工艺条件:反应温度为78℃,复合乳化剂质量分数(占单体总质量)为4%,m(St)∶m(BA)∶m(AA)=20∶19∶6,并与常规破乳剂聚酰胺-胺型树枝状高分子(PAMAM)复配。对2种不同破乳剂的温度、沉降时间、复配比、亲水亲油平衡点(HLB)、界面张力(IFT)的影响进行了详细研究。结果表明,脱水率达96.2%(质量)以上,满足工业要求。
In this paper, styrene (St), butyl acrylate (BA) as monomers, acrylic acid (AA) as functional monomer, vinyltriisopropoxysilane as modifier and ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator A non-polyether demulsifier (SBA). The optimum conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 78 ℃, the mass fraction of composite emulsifier (total mass of monomers) was 4%, m (BA): m (AA) = 20:19:6, Conventional demulsifier polyamide - amine dendrimer (PAMAM) complex. The effects of temperature, settling time, compounding ratio, hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) and interfacial tension (IFT) of two different demulsifiers were studied in detail. The results show that the dehydration rate of 96.2% (mass) or more to meet the industrial requirements.
