Mathematics is the gymnastics of thinking. Knowledge is the carrier of thinking. The development of thinking is the basic meaning of mathematical core literacy. In this sense, developing students’ core literacy is, in essence, developing mathematical thinking. Mathematical learning is a process based on thinking. Only through thinking can mathematics learning be transformed into new thinking. The starting point of mathematics learning is a problem, and all thinking processes begin with the problem. To put it bluntly, it is a problem to develop students’ mathematical thinking and the axis of teaching.
