目的定义应激量和基础量,合理地区分不同的皮质醇反应,揭示应激反应的线性特征。方法在安静、应激时和应激后三种生理状态下,群体的血浆皮质醇水平变化描述为守恒量,由此定义出应激量y1和基础量y2,并构造上述二量的理论值和实际值的模型以及y1和y2的模型,借以揭示应激反应的线性特征。结果y1和y2与相应的实际值(x1和x2)间呈显著相关(P<0.001),其回归方程系数通过t检验(P<0.001):y2=1.73-0.34y1)。结论按守恒量的观点定义的应激量和基础量是合理的;该模型完全可以揭示应激反应的特征。
Objective To define the amount of stress and basal volume, to distinguish between different cortisol responses reasonably, and to reveal the linear characteristics of stress response. Methods The change of plasma cortisol level was described as conserved quantity under the three physiological states of quiet, stress and post-stress, thus the stress quantity y1 and the basic quantity y2 were defined, and the above two theoretical values were constructed And the actual value of the model and y1 and y2 model, in order to reveal the linear response of the stress response. Results y1 and y2 were significantly related to the corresponding actual values (x1 and x2) (P <0.001), and the regression coefficient was tested by t-test (P <0.001): y2 = 1.73-0.34y1 ). Conclusions It is reasonable to define the amount of stress and the basis weight based on the viewpoint of the conserved quantity. The model can reveal the characteristics of stress response completely.
