本文对冷连轧张力AGC系统的分析表明,该系统是动态特性变化较快的动态系统,应采用自适应控制理论进行带钢厚度自动控制。介绍了最小方差自校正调节器的结构和算法,用MPBS信号对上钢十厂350mm三机架冷连轧机组2~3~#机架间张力AGC系统进行了系统辨识实验,用CromemcoⅡ微型计算机在线实测系统输入、输出数据,根据实测数据在IBM-PC/XT机上用广义最小二乘法(CLS)
In this paper, analysis of cold rolling tension AGC system shows that the system is a dynamic system with fast changing dynamic characteristics. Adaptive control theory should be used to control strip thickness automatically. The structure and algorithm of minimum variance self-adjusting controller are introduced. The system identification experiment of tension AGC system of 2 ~ 3 ~ # rack in 350mm three-stand tandem cold rolling mill of Shanghai Steel 10 Factory is conducted with MPBS signal. The system is tested with Cromemco II microcomputer Online measurement system input and output data, based on measured data on the IBM-PC / XT machine using generalized least squares (CLS)
