目的:CT测量国人肺动脉直径。材料和方法:对100例成人胸部行双螺旋CT扫描,在六个位置测量肺动脉直径。结果:主肺动脉直径,男25.2±2.5mm,女23.9±2.4mm;右肺动脉近端直径,男20.9±2.5mm,女19.5±2.1mm;右肺动脉远端直径,男16.5±2.2mm,女15.5±2.4mm;左肺动脉直径,男19.1±2.9mm,女18.0±2.5mm;右下肺动脉直径,男11.2±1.7mm,女11.1±1.5mm;左下肺动脉直径,男女均为10.7±1.3mm。结论:CT可以测量肺动脉直径,中心肺动脉直径男女有显著差异(P<0.05),双下肺动脉直径男女无显著差异(P>0.05)。
Objective: CT measurement of pulmonary diameter. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A double helical CT scan of 100 adult patients was performed and the diameter of the pulmonary artery was measured at six locations. Results: The diameter of the main pulmonary artery, male 25.2 ± 2.5mm, female 23.9 ± 2.4mm; proximal pulmonary artery diameter, male 20.9 ± 2.5mm, female 19.5 ± 2.1mm; right pulmonary artery Distal diameter, male 16.5 ± 2.2mm, female 15.5 ± 2.4mm; left pulmonary artery diameter, male 19.1 ± 2.9mm, female 18.0 ± 2.5mm; right lower pulmonary artery diameter, male 11.2 ± 1.7mm, female 11.1 ± 1.5mm; left lower pulmonary artery diameter, both men and women were 10.7 ± 1.3mm. CONCLUSION: CT can measure diameter of pulmonary artery and diameter of central pulmonary artery. There is significant difference between men and women (P <0.05). There is no significant difference between male and female diameter of double lower pulmonary artery (P> 0.05).
