介绍了一种用于切削参数实时采集的8098单片机系统。该系统可以实时采集6路切削参数信号,具有双极性的11位A/D转换功能。可作为刀具瞬时磨损率神经网络测量的前端系统。
A 8098 single-chip microcomputer system for real-time acquisition of cutting parameters is introduced. The system can capture real-time 6-channel cutting parameter signals, with bipolar 11-bit A / D conversion. Can be used as a tool for instantaneous wear rate neural network measurement of the front-end system.
