本文采用挂滴装置和高速摄影系统研究了 HAN基液体发射药 LP1 846单滴在富含水蒸气高温环境中着火、燃烧的特性。给出了液滴从受热到燃尽全过程的时间序列照片 ,定量测试液滴着火、燃烧的特征参数 ,并分析了环境条件对特征参数的影响。探讨了液滴的微爆机理。建立了液滴着火的简化工程计算模型 ,计算值与实测值吻合较好。研究结果对分析再生式液体发射药火炮内弹道过程有参考价值。
In this paper, the droplet device and high-speed photographic system were used to study the ignition and combustion characteristics of HAN-based liquid propellant LP1 846 single droplet in water-vapor-rich high temperature environment. The time-series photographs of the droplet from heating to burn-out are given, and the characteristic parameters of droplet ignition and combustion are quantitatively measured. The influence of environmental conditions on the characteristic parameters is also analyzed. The micro-explosion mechanism of droplets is discussed. A simplified engineering calculation model for droplet fire was established. The calculated value is in good agreement with the measured value. The research results have reference value for the analysis of the internal ballistic process of regenerative liquid propellant artillery.
