[目的]通过研究5个恢复系所配新组合系列的农艺性状和产量性状,分析各系列组合的结构特点,摸清5个恢复系配合力情况,评估其利用潜力,为以后的应用提供科学依据。[方法]用自育的5个恢复系分别与25个不同类型的不育系配组,将配组F1代组合在万州正季种植,在相应生育时期调查其生育期、株高、有效穗等性状,成熟时取样进行室内考种,测其穗长、穗粒数、结实率和千粒重,并进行测产,根据调查和考种数据,统计、分析各系列组合的特征特性,评价几个恢复系的利用潜力。[结果]平均产量顺序为万恢88系列>万恢355系列=万恢646系列>万恢481系列>万恢024系列;平均有效穗顺序为万恢481系列>万恢88系列>万恢355系列>万恢646系列>万恢024系列;平均每穗着粒数顺序为万恢024系列>万恢646系列>万恢481系列>万恢88系列>万恢355系列;平均结实率顺序为万恢355系列>万恢88系列>万恢646系列>万恢024系列>万恢481系列;平均千粒重顺序为万恢355系列>万恢88系列>万恢646系列>万恢024系列>万恢481系列;平均全生育期顺序为万恢024系列>万恢88系列>万恢481系列>万恢646系列>万恢355系列;平均株高顺序为万恢024系列>万恢646系列>万恢88系列>万恢481系列>万恢355系列;平均穗长顺序为万恢024系列>万恢481系列>万恢88系列>万恢646系列>万恢355系列。[结论]万恢88属穗粒兼顾型,具有较好的恢复力,所配组合丰产性好,各经济性状和农艺性状均较佳,利用潜力较大;万恢355也具有较好的恢复力,稳定性较好,但没有特殊的强配合力,难以配组出突破性新组合;万恢481属于穗数型恢复系,所配组合分蘖力较强,但千粒重偏低,只有与特殊的不育系配组才能实现高产;万恢646属于大穗型恢复系,所配组合分蘖较少,且结实率较低,只能与穗数型不育系进行配组,且应用时应特别关注其结实率问题;万恢024也是大穗型恢复系,所配组合有效穗少、结实较低难以配出高产、稳产的新组合,且系列组合株高较高,存在倒伏的风险,生育期也偏长,在生产上使用的价值不大。

It is difficult to allocate new combinations with high yield and stable yield. Growth period is also partial long, the use of production is of little value.
