Through the “intersectionality” theory, the article examines the changes of female salespersons’ multi-dimensional identities in the process of service industry transformation, and discusses the relationship between the state department store A in the planned economy period and the female salespersons in the private department store B during the market economy, Differences in triple identities between sex and class. The study found that the citizenship formed under the gender division of labor in the state arrangement during the planned economy gradually disappears due to the market entry, and the gender identity based on the “sister emotion” also gradually divides and the gender differentiation and the stratum differentiation strengthen each other.
