目的 :研究T细胞性淋巴瘤 (T -CellLYMPHOMAS ,TCLS)中EPSTEIN -BARR病毒 (EB病毒 )和其受体CD2 1的表达及其相互关系。方法 :对 4 6例TCLS用免疫组化LSAB法检测CD2 1,原位杂交法检测EB病毒 (EBERS)。结果 :CD2 1的阳性率为 13% (6 /46 ) ,其中淋巴结内TCLS 4例阳性 ,淋巴结外 2例阳性。E BERS阳性率为 5 2 .5 % (2 4 /46 ) ,淋巴结内 3例和结外 2 1例。 2例结外TCLSCD2 1与EBERS同时阳性。CD2 1表达与EB病毒感染无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :部分T细胞性淋巴瘤中有CD2 1表达 ,EB病毒感染可能与之有关。但CD2 1表达的病毒例并非均有EB病毒感染。另外 ,CD2 1阴性的TCLS中EB病毒感染途径尚有等进一步研究。
Objective: To study the expression of Epstein-Barr virus (Epstein-Barr virus) and its receptor CD21 in T-cell lymphomas (TCLS) and its correlation. Methods: Twenty - six cases of TCLS were detected by immunohistochemistry (LSAB) method and CD2 1 was detected by immunohistochemistry. EB virus was detected by in situ hybridization. Results: The positive rate of CD21 was 13% (6/46). There were 4 cases of TCLS positive in lymph node and 2 cases of lymph node outside. The positive rate of E BERS was 52.5% (2/46), 3 in lymph node and 21 in extranodal region. Two cases of extranodal TCLSCD2 1 and EBERS positive at the same time. There was no significant correlation between CD2 1 expression and Epstein-Barr virus infection (P> 0.05). Conclusion: CD2 1 is expressed in some T-cell lymphomas and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection may be related to it. However, the CD2 1 expression of the virus is not all EB virus infection. In addition, CD2 1 negative TCLS in EB virus infection and other ways to further study.
