我科用山东鲁抗医药股份有限公司生产的盐酸大观霉素药,对25例急性淋病进行了临床治疗,取得了满意效果,现将结果报告如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 临床资料:25例中,男性21例,女性4例,年龄21～36岁,病程3天～1月。男性患者临床表现有尿痛,尿道口红肿,溢黄绿色脓性分泌物;女性患者临床表现有外阴红肿,尿道口脓性分泌物,白带多。 1.2 治疗方法:确诊为淋病,即日采用盐酸大观霉素4g,分2天注射,每次2g加稀释液3.2ml,振摇,使呈混悬液,用9号针头臀部深肌肉注射。

Clinical manifestations of male patients with dysuria, urethra swollen, overflowing yellow-green purulent secretions; female patients with clinical manifestations of vulvar swelling, urethral purulent secretions, leucorrhea and more. 1.2 treatment: diagnosed with gonorrhea, day using spectinomycin hydrochloride 4g, sub-2 days injection, each 2g plus diluent 3.2ml, shaken, so as to give a suspension, with a 9-pin needle deep intramuscular injection.
