球磨作为一种介质运动式粉碎工艺,广泛应用于冶金选矿、陶瓷、化工、建材等大型工业部门,在众多成本中球磨介质磨耗占据较大比例。本文采用重量法通过调整球磨参数得出球磨介质的磨耗规律。结果表明:随着球磨时间延长,介质质量不断减小;在一定范围内,随着球磨转速增加,球磨介质磨损加越快;在一定范围内,随着料球比增加,球磨介质磨损减慢;随着大小球比值增加,球磨介质磨损总量在减小,但磨损速度基本不变。当球料比为1∶0.3,大小球质量比为1∶0.5,转速为110 r/min,工业球磨石英砂粉体球磨介质的磨损预测:石英砂原矿球磨到粒径为11.25μm,球磨介质磨耗与石英砂粉体产量的磨耗约为3.17 kg/t。
