我段从1971年起,发现QJY—2型调速器伺服马达体磨耗非常严重,曾一度认为保养不良,强调乘务员要及时换油。但仍然偏磨,尤其在与扭转轴逆时针45度方向的缸壁上偏磨非常厉害。测量了五个伺服马达体,使用期仅2~5轮修期,可是磨耗量竟达0.1~0.27毫米,使伺服马达体均达报废程度。经过多次观察、分析和讨论,我们认为QJY—2型调速器伺服马达的偏磨是设计上的缺陷。伺服马达杆中心线与扭转轴中心线距离32.5+0.2毫米,供油杆连接在扭转轴的一侧
