为了探讨降钙素基因相关肽 CGRP对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后突触体素 (synaptophysin,p38)表达的影响 ,我们采用暂时夹闭双侧颈总动脉法制作大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型 ,经右侧颈内动脉主入 CGRP,采用单克隆抗 p38抗体免疫组织化学染色及显微图像方法研究 CGRP对大鼠再灌注海马内 p38的影响。结果表明 :大鼠缺血再灌海马内 p38反应产物较正常组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,而注射 CGRP组阳性产物明显高于缺血再灌注组 (P <0 .0 1)。这说明大鼠缺血再灌注 p38表达明显减少 ,而 CGRP可上调缺血再灌注 p38的表达。本文结果提示 :CGRP参与缺血神经元突触体素的调节 ,CGRP对缺血神经元有一定的修复作用。
In order to investigate the effect of calcitonin gene related peptide CGRP on the expression of synaptophysin (p38) after transient focal cerebral ischemia in rats, we used transient bilateral occlusion of the common carotid artery to establish cerebral ischemia-reperfusion Model, the right internal carotid artery grafting CGRP, monoclonal anti-p38 antibody immunohistochemical staining and microscopic images CGRP on the rat hippocampus p38 reperfusion after reperfusion. The results showed that the hippocampal p38 production in hippocampus of rats was significantly lower than that of normal group (P <0.01), but the positive product of CGRP group was significantly higher than that of ischemia-reperfusion group (P <0.01) . This shows that rat p38 ischemia-reperfusion decreased expression, while CGRP up-regulates the expression of p38. The results suggest that: CGRP involved in ischemic neuronal synaptophysin regulation, CGRP on ischemia neurons have a certain role in the repair.
