房屋交易市场日趋火爆,出卖人为图私利而将房屋双重买卖,由此引发的纠纷不断。一房二卖的问题在法律适用上的准确性关系到房屋买受人的切身利益,对于此类纠纷的解决,我国现行法律并没有明确适用的规定,该研究有助于规制房屋交易中的恶意违约与欺诈等行为,保障交易的安全,维护房屋交易市场秩序的稳定。
