研究两种从盘花垂头菊中分离出的高含氧甜没药烯型倍半萜(HOBS)化合物对肿瘤细胞的影响.结果显示HOBS能够诱导人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721凋亡.单细胞电泳实验证明HOBS能够以剂量依赖的方式诱导SMMC-7721细胞损伤,流式细胞技术显示HOBS能够以剂量依赖的方式诱导SMMC-7721细胞凋亡,凋亡率达到38.9%,c_i(Ca~(2+))的测定显示HOBS能够诱导c_i(Ca~(2+))升高,所有的结果证明HOBS能够诱导人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721凋亡.提示这两种化合物有抗人肝癌细胞的SMMC-7721活性,为抗肿瘤药物的设计提供了新的思路.
The effects of HOOX compounds isolated from Panax gynostemma on tumor cells were studied and the results showed that HOBS could induce the apoptosis of human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cells. Electrophoresis showed that HOBS could induce SMMC-7721 cell injury in a dose-dependent manner. Flow cytometry showed that HOBS could induce SMMC-7721 cell apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner with a apoptotic rate of 38.9% and a c_i (Ca ~ (2) +)) Showed that HOBS could induce the increase of c_i (Ca 2+), and all the results showed that HOBS could induce the apoptosis of human hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-7721, suggesting that these two compounds have anti-human hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC- 7721 activity, provides a new idea for the design of anti-cancer drugs.
