目的:评价桂枝巴戟天黄芪颗粒对衰老大鼠免疫功能及骨生物力学的影响。方法:50只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组,模型组、桂枝巴戟天黄芪颗粒高、中、低剂量组。均采用D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作衰老大鼠模型。在大鼠造模成功后分组灌胃,每天1次,给药30d后,检测迟发性变态反应、血清溶血素、血清中白介素2(IL-2)的含量及大鼠右侧股骨最大载荷和最大挠度。结果:桂枝巴戟天黄芪颗粒能增高衰老大鼠迟发性变态反应中耳肿胀度、血清溶血素及血清中IL-2含量,能增高模型大鼠股骨最大载荷、最大挠度。结论:桂枝巴戟天黄芪颗粒能增强衰老大鼠的免疫功能,改善衰老大鼠骨生物力学性能,有抗衰老的作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Guizhi Morinda Granules on immune function and bone biomechanics in aging rats. Methods: Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Guizhi Morinda root Astragali granules high, medium and low dose groups. D-galactose were used for continuous intraperitoneal injection of aging rat model. Rats were injected intragastrically once a day for 30 days after the model was established successfully. Delayed allergic reaction, serum hemolysin, interleukin 2 (IL-2) in serum and maximal load of right femur And maximum deflection. Results: Guizhi-Morinda officinalis granules could increase middle ear swelling, serum hemolysin and serum IL-2 content in aging rats, and increase the maximum femur deflection and maximum deflection of model rats. Conclusion: Guizhi-Morinda officinalis particles can enhance the immune function of aged rats, improve the biomechanical properties of aging rats, and have anti-aging effects.
