随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化,吉林省农村经济出现了许多喜人的变化,广大农民的收入日益增多,生活水平有了显著的提高。但是,在新的形势下,农民在消费方面也出现了一些短期行为和消费膨胀的现象。因此,认真地研究农民的消费问题,掌握其发展变化规律,对于制定消费战略,控制消费基金的过快增长,指导农民的消费走向正确轨道,进一步实现农业的扩大再生产有着重要的意义。 With the continuous deepening of China’s economic restructuring, there have been many gratifying changes in the rural economy in Jilin Province. The incomes of the vast majority of peasants have been increasing and their standard of living has risen dramatically. However, under the new situation, peasants also experienced some short-term behavior and consumption expansion in their consumption. Therefore, carefully studying the peasants ’consumption problem and mastering the law of its development and change will be of great significance for formulating the consumption strategy, controlling the excessive growth of the consumption fund, guiding the peasants’ consumption to the right track and further realizing the agricultural expansion and reproduction.
