一、铸件产量的变化 1965年以来,日本不同材质铸件产量的变化如图1所示。图中总产量纵座标为其原来的60%。由图可知,到1971年止,灰铸铁产量约占总产量的60%,以后逐年下降,最近仅为50%。这是由于连续铸造比例上升,钢锭模的需要量大大减少和球铁及其它的金属材料取代了部分灰铸件之故。在过去20年间球铁和铸造铝合金得到了显著发展,灰铁、铸钢、可锻铸铁等生产有较大的起伏。
