本文用原子吸收分光光度法测定葡萄糖酸锌(zinc gluconate,ZG)血锌及尿锌浓度,用一室模型分析了ZG 在健康人体内的药动学参数,健康人口服200mgZG 后达峰时间1.97±0.12h,血清锌达峰浓度1.06±0.12μg/ml,半衰期1.87±0.0201h,吸收速度常数0.860±0.078h~(-1),清除率5.02±0.904L.h~(-1),血药浓度曲线下面积5.24±1.10μg.h.~(-1)ml,24h 尿排锌占给锌量的1.18±0.164%,对缺锌患者的最佳给药方案为q8h 口服ZG100mg.
In this paper, Zinc and Zinc concentrations in zinc gluconate (ZG) were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Pharmacokinetic parameters of ZG in healthy volunteers were analyzed by one-compartment model.
