本刊1991年8—9期刊登过吴江市第二实验小学《“苏南小城镇儿童提高素质综合实验”的构想》一文,曾引起许多同志的关注,而且还荣幸地获得全国教育报刊优秀作品评比一等奖。表文是它的续篇。文章较好地体现了他们的科研意识、改革精神,当然也录下了他们为探索素质教育之路,不断提高教育质量所留下的平凡而又艰辛的足迹。 这一轮实验快结束了。六年的辛勤劳动,迎来了丰收的李节。科研和实验使教育质量有了大幅度的提高,这是有目共睹的事实。然而科研和实验提高了领导班子的理论水平和管理水平,增强了全体教师的凝聚力,促进了青年教师的成长,使全校出现了团结奋进、欣欣向上的动人局面,这应该说是更大的、更深层次的收获,也是二实小给我们留下的最深刻的启示。
