本文旨在探讨柔肝冲剂抗肝纤维化的作用机制,采用二甲基亚硝胺(DMN)染毒制作肝纤维化大鼠模型,观察柔肝冲剂的抗肝纤维化作用。结果表明柔肝冲剂对肝纤维化大鼠有明显改善作用,使ALT、AST明显降低(P0.05);病理学改变冲剂组与秋水仙碱组无明显差异,较模型组有显著改善。免疫组化观察两用药组较模型组各型胶原为少。由此证明柔肝冲剂确具抗肝纤维化作用,其机理与保护肝细胞,抑制肝内胶原生成,促进胶原纤维降解等作用有关。
This article aims to explore the mechanism of the anti-hepatic fibrosis effect of Rougan granules. The rat model of hepatic fibrosis was established by dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) exposure to observe the anti-fibrotic effect of Rougan granules. The results showed that Liver granules significantly improved the liver fibrosis in rats, significantly reduced ALT, AST (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the pathological changes and the colchicine group, which was significantly improved compared with the model group. The immunohistochemical observation of the dual drug group was less than that of the model group. This shows that Rougan granules are effective against liver fibrosis, and their mechanisms are related to the protection of hepatocytes, inhibition of collagen production in the liver, and promotion of degradation of collagen fibers.
