为了借鉴国外经验以推动我国严重事故研究的开展和提高核能利用的安全性,为了了解国外严重事故研究的开展状况、研究前沿、研究成果及应用,需要对国外严重事故研究进行考察。考察表明,自三哩岛事故后,国际上对严重事故及其管理措施进行了全面深入的研究,对其过程、现象有了较完整的认识。在此基础上,核电站设计从理论到实践都有了很大的改进,先进堆严重事故对策体系已经形成。但是由于严重事故不易验证,对其物理机制的认识还不够充分,分析模型也很不完善,需要深入研究。
In order to learn from foreign experience to promote the study of serious accidents in our country and improve the safety of nuclear energy utilization, in order to understand the development of research on serious accidents in foreign countries, research front, research results and applications, the study of serious accidents in foreign countries needs to be investigated. The inspection showed that after the accident in Three Mile Island, the international community conducted a comprehensive and in-depth study of serious accidents and their management measures, and obtained a complete understanding of the process and phenomena. On this basis, the design of nuclear power plant has been greatly improved both theoretically and practically. The advanced accident response system for severe heap has been formed. However, it is not easy to verify due to serious accidents, the understanding of its physical mechanism is not sufficient, and the analytical model is also very imperfect and needs further study.
