采用电毁损椎体束建立大鼠一侧肢体痉挛性瘫痪模型,通过自行设计的脑定位辅助装置安装在大鼠脑立体定位器上,增加了脑定位的准确性。同时采用了绝缘针进行刺激,减少了实验的干扰因素,从而使模型更为可靠。
The rat model of spastic paralysis on one side of the body was established by using electrical damage of vertebral body bundle. The cerebral positioning device was installed on the rat brain stereotactic device through the self-designed brain positioning aid, which increased the accuracy of brain localization. At the same time, insulated needles are used to stimulate, which reduces the experimental interference and makes the model more reliable.
