目的:了解精神科护士主观幸福感影响因素。方法:应用调查性研究设计,采用自行引入的变量和中文版“总体幸福感量表”调查84名精神科护士。结果:76.2%的精神科护士有幸福感,14.3%的护士幸福感一般,9.5%的护士无幸福感。总体幸福感在引入的变量X1(考试和检查)、X2(家庭支持)、X3(同事领导支持)、X4(付出-回报平衡)分类中,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。工作中的各类考试和检查和主观幸福感有显著负相关性(r=-0.42,P<0.01),家庭支持及付出-回报平衡和主观幸福感有显著正相关性(r分别为0.317,0.381,P<0.01),同事领导支持和主观幸福感正相关但关系甚微(r=0.111,P>0.05)。结论:精神科护士的幸福感总体处于中高水平,工作中的各类考试和检查及付出-回报平衡是影响精神科护士幸福感的主要因素。
Objective: To understand the influencing factors of subjective well-being of psychiatric nurses. Methods: Investigative study design was used to investigate 84 psychiatric nurses using self-introduced variables and the Chinese version of the Overall Well-Being Scale. Results: 76.2% of psychiatric nurses were blessed, 14.3% of nurses were happy, and 9.5% of nurses were unaffected. Overall well-being was significantly different between groups with the variables X1 (exams and exams), X2 (family support), X3 (colleague leadership support) and X4 (pay-return balance) . There was a significant negative correlation between examinations and subjective well-being at work (r = -0.42, P <0.01), family support and pay-return balance and subjective well-being (r = -0.42, 0.381, P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between subjective well-being and colleague’s leadership support but little relationship (r = 0.111, P> 0.05). Conclusion: The overall happiness of psychiatric nurses is at medium to high levels. The various examinations at work and the check and pay-return balance are the main factors affecting the happiness of psychiatric nurses.
