2010年12月30日,国家“继教网”安排了小学数学学科第二次专家答疑。马云鹏教授作了“小学数学测验的设计与改革”为题的视频讲座,结合两份具体试卷,对新课程理念下,如何科学评价小学生数学学习做了深刻的阐述。在互动答疑中,我针对自己教学中的疑难和困惑,向马教授请教了如何全面提升学生学业成绩,解决学困生问题。对此,马教授做了详尽的解答。感悟之一:全面的人才观、质量观,是斩断“唯分数”的一把利剑。学困生问题是班主任心中永远的痛。无论怎样的孩子,在家长的眼中都是宝贝、是掌上明珠,因为一个孩子就是一个家庭甚至一个家族的希望。在教学中我把
