利用碳纤维布加固混凝土构件时,通常会发生碳纤维布与混凝土母材之间的剥离破坏,发生该种破坏时,碳纤维布的利用率很低。为了解决剥离问题,引入一种新型毫米级端锚系统,采用改进的对拉双剪试验对构件进行试验研究。通过试验发现,端锚的加入增加了碳纤维布的有效黏结长度,因此其剥离荷载有较大的提高;同时,端锚的加入改变了碳纤维布的破坏模式,带端锚系统的构件所有的破坏模式均为拉断,有力提高了碳纤维布的利用率。通过试验还发现,端锚的利用并不改变黏结长度内各点的受力性能,即端锚的加入并不影响胶体作用的发挥,胶体与端锚的作用是一个叠加的关系。
When a concrete member is reinforced with a carbon fiber cloth, a breakage between the carbon fiber cloth and the concrete base material usually occurs, and when such a damage occurs, the utilization rate of the carbon fiber cloth is low.
