结核性变态反应性关节炎又称Poncet’s征,极易误诊为风湿性或类风湿性关节炎。近年来我院收治的肺结核病均在入院前有不同程度的误诊,由于基层医疗单位长期滥用激素,导致严重的结核病灶播散。为吸取经验教训,现总结报告如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:男10例,女14例,年龄17～42岁,其中17～30岁20例,约占83％。误诊时间2个月至2年,多在半年以上。 1.2 临床表现:24例均有风湿性关节炎样症状,多累及四肢大关节,呈多发性游走性关节痛18例,膝关节受累最多见19例(80％),其次为踝关节8例(33％),髋关节3例(13％)。其中膝关节肿胀5
Tuberculous allergic arthritis, also known as Poncet’s sign, easily misdiagnosed as rheumatic or rheumatoid arthritis. In recent years, our hospital has been treated with tuberculosis before admission were misdiagnosed to varying degrees, due to long-term abuse of primary medical units of hormones, leading to the spread of severe tuberculosis. To draw lessons, the report is summarized as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: 10 males and 14 females, aged 17 to 42 years old, of which 17 to 30 years old in 20 cases, accounting for about 83%.
