研制了一种酚醛橡胶型底胶,探讨了主要组分含量对底胶性能的影响。当叔丁基酚醛树脂100质量份、氯化橡胶20~30份、硅烷偶联剂30~40份、二氧化钛200~250份时,底胶配合面胶用于粘接金属(例如碳钢)和橡胶(例如硫化橡胶)时,180度剥离强度可达8N/mm以上,达到传统热硫化粘接的强度。该底胶可实现金属和橡胶的常温常压粘接,主要应用于常温滚筒包胶、输送设备的快速抢修以及机械制造业等领域。
