包层光剥离器(CLS)是保证高功率全光纤激光器稳定性与光束质量的核心器件,有效剥除包层光是光纤激光器全光纤化、工程化的重要步骤。详细阐述了CLS制备技术的研究现状,并将其分为基于折射效应、吸收效应、散射效应3种CLS制备技术,分析了各种CLS制备技术的特点。该研究为未来可实现低温升系数、高衰减系数的高功率CLS制备技术提供了参考。
Cladding optical stripper (CLS) is the core device to ensure the stability and beam quality of high power all-fiber laser. Effective stripping of cladding light is an important step of all-fiber and engineering of fiber lasers. The current research status of CLS preparation technology is described in detail. The CLS preparation technology is divided into three kinds of CLS preparation technology based on refraction effect, absorption effect and scattering effect, and the characteristics of various CLS preparation technologies are analyzed. This study provides a reference for high power CLS preparation technology that can achieve low temperature rise coefficient and high attenuation coefficient in the future.
