随着市场经济的发展,市场竞争机制不断完善,国际化水平不断提高,企业兼并的现象尤为普遍。良性的企业并购促进了市场经济的进一步提升,人力资源管理体系的整合作为企业并购的一个重要环节,对企业管理和市场稳定至关重要。本文主要对企业并购的人力资源体系整合进行分析,在实现人力资源体系整合的基础上进行人才机制和薪酬系统的整合提出建议和意见,对进一步提高并购企业管理效率和管理水平提出建议。
With the development of market economy, the market competition mechanism has been continuously improved, the level of internationalization has been constantly improved, and the phenomenon of mergers and acquisitions has been particularly prevalent. The healthy mergers and acquisitions promote the further promotion of the market economy. The integration of the human resources management system as an important part of M & A is crucial to the management of the enterprise and the stability of the market. This paper mainly analyzes the integration of human resource system in M & A, and puts forward suggestions and opinions on the integration of human resource system and remuneration system on the basis of realizing the integration of human resource system. It puts forward suggestions on how to further improve the efficiency and management of M & A enterprise management.
