本文以包头铝业(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称包铝集团)为例,重点研究了包铝集团内部管理的现状、存在的问题,提出完善包铝集团管理体制的措施以及适合包铝集团发展的管理模式。包铝集团必须正确对待集团化管理存在的问题和管控方面存在的薄弱环节,逐步完善集团化管理体制,打通内部管理环节,保持管理体系的持续健康,提高集团的管控能力,为企业长远发展奠定坚实的基础。
