大禹渡电灌站二级泵站的预应力钢筋混凝土管是采用对环筋施加预应力与混凝土管成型一次完成制成的,因此称为一阶段预应力钢筋混凝土管。本文介绍了预应力钢筋混凝土管的设计、制作和安装,并探讨它与钢管的经济性,经过10多年的运行证明,预应力钢筋混凝土管技术上是可行的,未发生过管身及承插接口处的漏水问题,也没有发生不安全的问题,并且工程造价低,预应力钢筋混凝土管的工程费用仅为钢管的42%。此外运行维护简单,大大减少了运行费用。这说明在中、高扬程的泵站上采用预应力钢筋混凝土管是经济合理的。
The prestressed concrete-filled reinforced concrete pipe of Dayudu Electric Pumping Station, the second-stage pump station, is made by once prestressed reinforcement ring and concrete pipe forming, so it is called one-stage prestressed reinforced concrete pipe. This paper introduces the design, manufacture and installation of prestressed reinforced concrete pipe and explores its economy with the steel pipe. After more than 10 years of operation, prestressed reinforced concrete pipe is technically feasible and has not occurred in the pipe and socket There was no problem of water leakage at the interface and no unsafe problem. The project cost was low, and the engineering cost of prestressed reinforced concrete pipe was only 42% of that of steel pipe. In addition, operation and maintenance is simple, greatly reducing operating costs. This shows that the use of prestressed reinforced concrete pipes at medium- and high-lift pumping stations is economically justified.
