洪水泛滥,极易造成血吸虫病流行,目前防治血吸虫病的首选药物是吡喹酮。吡喹酮为新型广谱抗寄生虫药,对各种血吸虫病都有显著疗效。国外于70年代首先合成,我国在80年代研制成功,现为国家基本药物,被收入中、美、日等国药典。吡喹酮治疗血吸虫病的特点是:剂量小(约为一般药物剂量的1/10)、疗程短(从一般药物的20天或10天缩短为1～2天)、疗效好(一般患者治疗半年后,粪检虫卵转阴率为97.7％～99.4％)、代谢快、不良反应轻。
