1986年11月4～6日,水利电力部基层政治工作办公室在京召开了省、市水科厅、局思想政治工作座谈会。有11个省、市水利厅、局的领导同志和政工负责人参加了座谈。会上交流了端正党风和行业作风、建设“四有”(有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律)职工队伍和政工队伍思想政治工作方面的经验以及贯彻六中全会《决议》的情况。
From November 4-6, 1986, the grass-roots political work office of the Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electricity held a symposium on ideological and political work in provincial and municipal water science department and bureau in Beijing. There are 11 provincial and municipal Water Resources Department, the bureau’s leading comrades and political leaders attended the discussion. At the meeting, he exchanged views on how to rectify the party style and work style, and to build the experience of “four in existence” (ideals, morality, culture and discipline) and the ideological and political work of the political workforce and the implementation of the “Resolutions” of the 6th Plenary Session .
