前言1977年国际市场上出售了CMOS一位微处理器MC14500B,其主要设计目的是作为工业控制器,到目前为止,其应用仍处于研究开发阶段。这种一位微处理器能否应用于中、大规模集成电路测试?这是我们所面临的课题。为此,我们按MC14500B的指令系统设计了一位微处理器CPU及其配套电路,并用中、小规模CMOS集成电路研制成一台PTR-A型一位微处理机模型机(以下简称一位机)。在这台机器上,我们研究了集成电路的功能测试的方怯和方案。实验结果表明,一位微处理机完全可以用于数字集成电路的测试。无论在价格上,还是学习、掌握、使用及维护等方面比多位机都显示出它的优越性。
Preface In 1977, CMOS microprocessor MC14500B was sold on the international market. Its main purpose is to design an industrial controller. So far its application is still in the research and development stage. This microprocessor can be used in a medium and large scale integrated circuit test? This is the issue we are facing. For this reason, we design a microprocessor CPU and its supporting circuit according to MC14500B instruction system, and develop a PTR-A type microprocessor model machine with medium and small-scale CMOS integrated circuits (hereinafter referred to as a machine ). On this machine, we studied the functional aspects of integrated circuits and solutions. The experimental results show that a microprocessor can be used for digital integrated circuit testing. Whether in terms of price, or learning, mastery, use and maintenance than many machines have shown its superiority.
