使用射线、普通超声A波、TOFD、相控阵四种无损检测方法对同一管道焊接接头的未焊透分别做了检测,对于检测结果,从定性、定量、定位上加以了比较和分析,阐述了以上四种方法在检测管道未焊透的应用中,各自的优缺点和互补性,以及TOFD和相控阵做为近些年推出的热门无损检测手段在实践检验中的优势所在。
Four kinds of non-destructive testing methods, such as ray, ordinary ultrasonic A wave, TOFD and phased array, were used to inspect the incomplete penetration of welded joints of the same pipe. The results of the tests were compared and analyzed qualitatively, quantitatively and accurately. The advantages, disadvantages and complementarities of the above four methods in the detection of impermeable pipelines, as well as the advantages of TOFD and phased array as a popular non-destructive testing method introduced in recent years, are tested in practice.
