采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对航空铝合金2A16进行点焊模拟,模拟时分别改变焊接电流、焊接时间、电极压力,比较得出在不同参数条件下的焊接温度场及熔核大小,并在相同实验条件下验证实验结果。结果表明:在逐渐变大电流情况下,熔核直径逐渐增大;焊接时间和电极压力在一定程度上影响着熔核大小和接头的拉伸强度,过大或过小都不利于熔核的生成和接头的强度。
The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to carry out the spot welding simulation on the aviation aluminum alloy 2A16. During the simulation, the welding current, welding time and electrode pressure were changed respectively. The welding temperature field and nugget size under different parameters were compared. Conditions to verify the experimental results. The results show that the diameter of nugget increases gradually when the current is gradually increased. The welding time and electrode pressure affect the size of the nugget and the tensile strength of the joint to a certain extent. Too large or too small is unfavorable to the nugget Generate and joint strength.
